Spring Flowers

FINALLY seeing some glimpses of Spring here in Wisconsin. I forgot, having lived away from the Mid-West for almost 5 years just how long it takes Spring to actually get here. I spotted these flowers at the State Park we were at last weekend.
Does anyone have any idea what kind they are?
