Growing up in the Keweenaw Peninsula I've always been a minutes drive from some body of water. I love being by the water, especially Lake Superior. My soul is at peace when I am by a large body of water and when I am traveling. During my most recent trip to the U.P. I visited
Eagle River, Michigan with my Son, Dad & Brother to go swimming and look for agates. There were no agates, unfortunately, and the wind made it a tad too cold to swim, but it was a beautful day anyway.
